Appointment Policy
To allow adequate time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. If you are late to your scheduled appointment, we may be able to work you in otherwise we will reschedule your appointment. By being late, it impacts the quality of care we are able to provide to your pet as well as other pets scheduled during the day. |
Appointment Deposit
Eastview Animal Hospital may require a non-refundable appointment deposit for same day/urgent appointments, new clients and inactive clients. This includes exams and surgeries. The deposit holds your appointment and goes towards the exam or surgery scheduled for that day. Our deposit price is our examination fee. This deposit is non-refundable.

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a non-retractable leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. In addition, if your pet has a history of exhibiting aggression when they are in new environments or exposed to unfamiliar people or animals, please inform us ahead of time so we can take cautious measures to avoid any unwanted conflict |
