To allow adequate time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. If you are late to your scheduled appointment, we may be able to work you in otherwise we will reschedule your appointment. By being late, it impacts the quality of care we are able to provide to your pet as well as other pets scheduled during the day.
Eastview Animal Hospital may require an appointment deposit for new clients and inactive clients. This includes exams and surgeries. The deposit holds your appointment and goes towards the exam or surgery scheduled for that day. Our deposit price is our examination fee. This deposit is non-refundable.
In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and CareCredit.
